Anyone successfully done this?? I won’t have access to e tickets until 24hr before the event so I’m not sure what to do. Website has no info on how to transfer the tickets to someone else and I don’t want to pay a massive penalty on stubhub if I sell them and then can’t transfer them to the buyer |
No one wants them
Nazi performance tickets |
I mean they're for Les Mis, which is hardly Nazi propaganda, and they were purchased before the election, so, spare me. |
Don't be so dumb. I despise Trump and what he has done to the Kennedy Center. That has NOTHING to do with the performers who are trying to make a living, however. |
I think PP means that no one wants to buy them now because it would be supporting the Nazi party, where the Nazi leader is now the chairman of the Kennedy Center. |
I know what she meant and I still rolled my eyes. Just looking for apolitical, concrete advice on how to sell Kennedy Center tickets online, if anyone has done so before. |
This. I've just been given mine away. Hardly any takers. |
The timing sucks, it's going to be chaos trying to get around DC this week and weekend. |
There was an orchestra member giving away tickets to a Friday and Saturday performance, so I think they’re virtually worthless. I’d just try FB marketplace or your local listserv. |
I doubt you could give them away unless one of your MAGA deplorables is interested. |
tds. |
No one wants them OP. Just give them away. But you already knew that. |
There were soooo many KC event tickets at our school’s silent auction. |
You would have to pay someone to take them OP. |
I share your dilemma. I bought a bunch of tickets ages ago, before the mess (like to Bluey's Big Play and Parade (the latter of which I'm shocked hasn't been canceled already)).
Since the money has already been spent if we metro in and don't buy anything there I won't be giving them any additional money, I guess. |
