Anyone hear from their school yet?

A friend heard last week from Parklawn. We go to a different school and have not heard.

I didn't even know to expect anything. Our AART is useless. Thank goodness her job is getting cut!

Shrevewood's notifications came out this morning (5/30).

Those who'e received something...was it an email, letter, etc? Two years ago we got a level ii letter in the mail after school was out and I was already out of town with the kids. The deadline to respond was long past. Different AART now than then, so not sure what to expect.

Is this the same thing as subject specific AAP for k-2? We just got a notice today that my K child is eligible this afternoon.

Got my 3rd grader’s (end of 3rd, 4th next school year) advanced math letter in an email this morning. He did advanced math this school year as well so it was not a new qualification for him.

Excuse my ignorance. Is this something we were supposed to apply for separately from full-time AAP?

All students are evaluated for part time services in May, but you can also add a parent referral form.

We didn't do anything. We just received an email from our AART that our child had been discussed at the local AAP meeting and they decided our child qualified. I didn't even know the evaluation was going on to be honest.
