Nauseous after a cold/virus

Anonymous
I had a cold/virus a couple of weeks ago. No fever - just tired and congested. Now a few weeks later the postnasal drip is still around and I am nauseous.

My GP is on vacation this week and next and I don’t want to go to urgent care for this. Maybe it’s a separate bug but any suggestions appreciated.

Try Gaviscon. You might be swallowing mucus if you have postnasal drip and it can coat the stomach.

It could be a sinus infection. Try taking a nasal decongestant? (The real ones behind the counter.)

OP here. I don’t even know the question! Just wondered about ways to curb nausea and or see if someone had suggestions or a similar virus recently.

My son was sick with what we thought was a virus and then had nausea. Turns out it was strep throat. The bacteria was making him sick to his stomach. You may want to go get tested-

Go running to sweat it out. Clean up your diet.

Stupid suggestion. If you're an idiot you should not give advice.
