Happened around 1pm EST.
Car intentionally ran over several people. Police just announced the driver is a 53yo WM from Liverpool. |

| No deaths as of now, two people (one child) in serious condition. The Liverpool people are offering help to many who are stranded. I love Liverpool, the people are amazing. |

Point taken. Saw what was some video leading up to the incident, seems a crowd of people were beating on the vehicle for some reason, then the person inside seemed to panic and bumped some of them, then people became more violent to the driver. Avoiding mobs is a good thing. |
