| This is a LONG SHOT I know. We are in the market for our next home and our dream area is Stonebridge. Right now there are 0 houses in the area. But was curious if anyone had an insider track of knowing if there was a house in Stonebridge that plans to be on the market in the next few weeks/months? TYIA. |

| Michelle Yu is the agent that sells the majority of the stonebridge houses. Probably your best bet for getting some insider information. From experience though, do expect to escalate and waive a lot if you really want that house. |

My old neighborhood became mainly Chinese as homes sold buy none every listed on MLS. Turns out they list them World Journal and ads in Mandarin. Make look there. I am not Asian, but I sold that house with an ad in Mandarin in World Journal. I got 200 people to open house. I was shocked as I never heard of the paper buy apparently if you are Chinese American the real estate section is where houses are listed. I even see house wanted ads. Was crazy. |
