I've taken pure Tirzepatide, and felt mostly great on it, other than some intermittent fatigue after injection day.
Considering an option with an additive like B6 or B12. Did you react on with your GLP1 + additive? Or did it affect you adversely -- in what way? |
Your body will just pee out any vitamins it doesn't need. Adding B6 or B12 to compounded GLP1s is bs that no pharmarcy is going to get away with for long. |
I take compounded trizepitide with b12 in it.
A significant number of patients experience nausea and gastrointestinal discomfort when starting tirzepatide. Adding Vitamin B12 can help minimize these side effects, making it easier for patients to adhere to their treatment plans. I’ve only had a positive experience. |
B12 will absolutely not "help minimize" nausea and GI issues. |
That is not true for fat soluble things. |
They might be confused, B6 can be helpful for nausea |
The provider that DH and I use added vitamins and we’ve noticed no difference. |
Why not just take a b12 supplement separately? |
