| Hello all. Anyone have updated benchmarks for contractor availability and cost for renovation in the Alexandria, Springfield, Fairfax area? Are prices and/or wait times coming down or 6 months out? We are ready to start and would like to be done by December 31st if possible. Appreciate all insights, recommendations, and people to stay away from based on recent experience. |

| Nothing is loosening yet because people are working now on contracts that were signed in the fall, and likely will be busy through the end of the year. Would be interested in hearing about the pipeline though. |
