I don't use exact recipes, I just cook/bake. Once you learn how, you won't need recipes. |

| I love making Pumpkin Cookies (closer to a muffin top). I use a box of spice cake mix, a can of pumpkin, one egg, and some chocolate chips. It makes maybe 8-10 (depending on how big you make them). Always a hit. They freeze well too. |
