I recently found out that i'm pregnant and would love to do some prenatal personal training to keep myself in shape during my pregnancy. Ideally at my home with a female trainer, but i'm open to other options. I need help with strength training in a way that is safe for my body and staying accountable on cardio. Not advised to start a new workout routine, and any good personal trainer will tell you that. Just continue doing whatever you’ve been doing. |
