I'm also consider swimming, of you can. I'd focus less on weightloss and more rebuilding, if you can. Childbirth and pregnancy does a number on your abdominal muscles/core and it's very easy to hurt yourself if you aren't careful. |
I waited until I finished breastfeeding- if breastfeeding doesn't take it off for you (it sure didn't for me) then you shouldn't otherwise be limiting calories or it can kill your supply.
