Updating student information

On student info page when you are in ParentVue: why is there no option to update the info on this page? For ex., if you need to update a physician name or emergency contact info. There's no 'edit' or 'update' option. Why does mcps make its system user-unfriendly? It is so easy to make it easy.

The same is true for the My Account page. When you try to enter a phone number and click update account, it doesn't update. Often there's a loading icon that appears on screen.

At the beginning of each school year, there’s a form in Online Registration to confirm/update all that info.

But I’m pretty sure you’d need to contact your school’s secretary to update anything crucial during the school year.

They don’t care. If it’s an emergency kid goes to er.

The school has to update. Super annoying for sure but usually they give out the paperwork beginning of every school year.
