you can get the compounded version of semiglutide OR triz online until April 22, so I'd hurry.
I ordered from Brello.

There are lots of options. In addition to the GLP1 meds (Wegovy and Zepbound), there is Contrave, Qsymia, and Orliststat. There are others as well.

What happens after April 22? Will none of the compounded medications be available anymore?

Compounding was only allowed while GLP1 meds were in shortage. They are no longer in shortage. Wegovy and Zepbound are on patent. No more compounding.

The compound that my local pharmacist prepares is not manufactured in China. Price still the same as always - $100 per vial.

In reality. Eli Lilly just sued a bunch of compounders for patent violations. And I definitely wouldn’t use a back ally compounder.

You ask for Wegovy, which is the same medicine as Ozempic, just Ozempic is for diabetes and Wegovy is for weight loss. Your GP can prescribe it if you meet the criteria and if you are lucky your insurance covers it. If not, you use a coupon and can get it covered for a year - coupon can be found on their website, but you have to register for it
