Eating lots of carbs and calories are what causes fat gain and cholesterol issues. Eating low carb and low fat = constipation and feeling bad. |

Same. I tried to make low carb dishes substituting carbs with cauliflower, almond meal or pork rinds, and I just didn't feel great eating that way. I do make zucchini noodles, freeze in packs in the summer when plentiful and cheap and eat with meatballs during the winter. I also eat a lot more cabbage. |
