Best petite clothing shops in NYC

I noticed both Karen Millen and Petite Studio closed in the past couple years. Any good in-person petite shops for dresses and spring clothes in Manhattan/Brooklyn that they don’t have in DC?

I’m planning on hitting Reformation, which they have here but hoping for a larger selection, and possibly Fashionphile for used designer items.

Bloomingdales and see Hobbs London and Reiss in their store. Reiss also has stand alone stores.

Uniqlo

It might be worth going to the luxury outlets at Woodbury Commons, there is a bus that comes from NYC.
