Where to buy Bibles in person in Arlington/Falls Church/McLean

Anonymous
My daughter is looking to get a new one for her Bible study. We looked at Barnes & Noble and it had a very limited selection. We used to be a Christian gift store on 29 in Arlington, but I don’t see it there anymore. Any tips would be helpful, thank.

I'm not local, but the book section at Walmart usually has them.

Which version/translation do you want? That is important to know, because it will dictate where you buy.

Altar'd State at Tysons had beautiful bibles but it isn't there any more. They do have a few that are very pretty online: https://www.altardstate.com/as/home-decor/bibles-devotionals/

There is a Christian bookstore in Annandale. A lot of what they have is in Korean, but they have English language bibles as well.

There is a Catholic bookstore called Pauline Books in Old Town Alexandria.

If you are willing to go into DC the gift shops at both the National Cathedral and the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception have very good selections.

Depends on if you want a Catholic or Protestant Bible. There are differences between them.

I didn't realize Catholics have a different bible. Wow, the business of religion created by "man".
