New phone transfer of data-have a question

| My current (Android google ) phone has been having battery issues. I have been trying to get a new battery without much luck (long boring story). Anyway, my phone is now DEAD and will not recharge and I plan to purchase a new phone today. Considering I have zero charge, will my contact list and photos transfer to the new phone or is all lost? |
