40 |
I was mid 20s and started at like a 17 BMI but I gained 25 lbs. Which was healthy. |
27 lbs |
Correction. My BMI was 18! |
45 lbs! It was awful. I was so hungry all the time! I had a lot of inflammation too though. |
Around 25 with both DBs. With #1, I gained most of it toward the end. With #2, the gain was more steady. |
Nearly 50 lbs with each kid and they weren't big kids. Topped out at 180. Now down to 145 and the youngest is 5. Perimenopause sucks. |
40, mostly in the belly area and have sagging skin now. |
70, but I was small before. I think larger women dont have to gain as much |
35 each time, lost it afterwards but it took a while! |
This is so dependent on the person. First kid, about 20-25 pounds. Lost it all within a few weeks of birth. Second kid, about 30-35 pounds. Still holding onto 10 at 3 months postpartum. My BMI was about 22 pre-pregnancy for both kids. |
20-22 lbs. 3 kids. I also worked out throughout all pregnancies. Im a small person to begin with. |
I am very petite non pregnant. First gained 35, second two gained around 70. |
40! I’m up a dress size now, and my rib cage has never gone back |
