| I have the Samsung Frame and the picture looks weirdly video-like and not film like. The colors are too bright and there is something almost one dimensional about both tv and movies. I have fiddled with all the picture controls and haven’t been able to get it to cool off. Any thoughts? |

| See motion smoothing or soap opera effect. I don't have the manual for your TV though so I can't provide specific guidance. |

| I was in the Big Screen Store today -- my DH was very interested in the Frame TV. It had -- hands down -- the worst picture in the store. I hope you enjoy the "art" aspect of it because unfortunately it's not a good television. |

| Newer Samsungs have "filmmaker mode," which attempts to properly reproduce the picture as it is received. Try that. |

| Check the model #. Is it possible you received a version that's a couple years old? |
