Batwings best home exercises

I have a black tie wedding this summer and have decided I’m going to try to tone up my arms instead of my throw in the towel and wear a weird jacket in July.

I have normal bmi I just really really carry fat in hips and upper arms. I

I do cardio and usually weights 2-3 times per week but have been too busy for the gym for like 6 months.

Please rec your highest yield batwing exercises!

dips, flies, overhead press, kettlebell swings, push ups, burpees.

you should sign up for a free peloton trial and do tunde's arms program and if you like it repeat that a few times. Made my arms look FAB

Ha, just get surgery. No big. There is a third option. Fill that extra skin with muscle. That is OP's approach and it is a smart one.

That is a good option! The problem for OP is that it isn't a quick fix. There is no way that someone can build enough muscle to fill up a batwing in 4 months. Start to do it? Sure, but this will take years, not months.

There is no fox to tighten stretched out or sagging skin asides from surgery.

IMO the scarring is worse.
