I have a black tie wedding this summer and have decided I’m going to try to tone up my arms instead of my throw in the towel and wear a weird jacket in July.
I have normal bmi I just really really carry fat in hips and upper arms. I I do cardio and usually weights 2-3 times per week but have been too busy for the gym for like 6 months. Please rec your highest yield batwing exercises! |
dips, flies, overhead press, kettlebell swings, push ups, burpees. |
Lose weight or if it’s just hanging skin then -surgery |
tricep kickbacks |
you should sign up for a free peloton trial and do tunde's arms program and if you like it repeat that a few times. Made my arms look FAB |
Ha, just get surgery. No big. There is a third option. Fill that extra skin with muscle. That is OP's approach and it is a smart one. |
That is a good option! The problem for OP is that it isn't a quick fix. There is no way that someone can build enough muscle to fill up a batwing in 4 months. Start to do it? Sure, but this will take years, not months. |
There is no fox to tighten stretched out or sagging skin asides from surgery. |
IMO the scarring is worse. |
