Umm a president can't just nullify a reg without notice and comment. These folks clearly DGAF and will just move as fast as they can and deal with litigation as needed

I’m not a lawyer, but doesn’t the decision to end Chevron deference mean that this crazy interpretation of the civil service laws gets less weight than it previously would have?

It should, but I’m sure SCOTUS will invent a special rule that makes sure that only applies to decisions from Democratic administrations.
