Blizzard Predictions for The Weekend?

At what point do we know if the models from snow in Texas and arctic blasts are going to hit the DMV with epic snow this weekend?

They're not. We might get a dusting to an inch or two. An annoyance, and since temps will go briefly above freezing that afternoon, there will be a refreeze and black ice the next day.

I follow Justin Berk, and he is leaning against it. Reason being that the weather model that did the “best” with predicting the path of this past storm was the ECMWF (aka the European), and the European is not predicting anything more than some light snow for our region this weekend.

So tired of the freezing freezing temperatures. I feel like i need to hibernate in my own house.

Looks like 12-17" should arrive on Wednesday night. Of course, this is an estimate.
