Snow!

My son just informed me there is a chance of snow next Monday. Anyone else remember a couple years ago when a moderate snowfall kept the kids home a full week after winter break??

Here’s hoping!

Rain, it will be rain.

Son of a B. I'm ready for the kids to go back to school. I have 2 Dr appointments scheduled for that day. Even if the appointments are still on, my spouse will be on a business trip so I'll have to reschedule if school ends up cancelled.

From Capital Wether:

Some snow or a wintry mix is possible Sunday night into Monday but it’s too far out to have much confidence.

6-7 inches!

That level of accuracy isn't possible while the snow is falling. It is still uncertain and it is looking like the snow might be in a thin stripe, which means that any small adjustment has a huge impact on any particular location.

What is certain is that it is going to be cold for a couple of weeks and that at least increases the chances that we could get hit.

Same here, driving 12 hours on Sunday to move a kid in after a semester abroad. Had a flight booked for Monday evening. Oh crap.

Pretty sure it's just going to rain or we will get 1-2 inches IF that.
