SF Bay Area attorney rec for elder issues?

I'm looking for someone to help my CA-based parents with issues related to defrauding the elderly. They have either been lied to about a contract they signed, or they didn't sign it at all (or option C, they are not competent to understand what happened, and we have a different elder law issue). I live in DC but we need someone who practices in CA, preferably in the Bay Area.
