Sounds like an acknowledgement on the dumb decision to go with 8/1 instead of 9/1 and for people to at least be aware this issue exists. Not sure there is much in the way of recommendation one way or the other though.

It's his thing. He's so convinced by it, he feels the need to "educate" all of us here. All the pushback only encourages him more toward his goal to tell people they're wrong.
