Turkey mom again.
Figured I’d just update while here I definitely used the remains of that turkey. (Again though that was such a long time ago!) Didn’t actually get divorced but not with my ex today. He took over the business when his boss retired and then started up with his assistant at work. They have a penthouse in the city now and I got the house in CT. The legal marriage keeps me in health insurance. Knock on wood. In my 50s now. No plans to date ever again, people are too crazy, especially lots of men my age, and I am done. I miss UB a lot. I ended up on Reddit for a long time but one day last year my account glitched and somehow I sent 20 of the same post to different subs and had my account nuked. Have never been able to make another one oh well. Never got covid but I have also been very careful about it. More knocks on wood. Kids are now all grown and doing their own things. Really do miss UB though by the time I ducked out it was being sort of overrun by the very obvious political trolls posting their nonsense, and I got tired of trying to stay ahead of it and just gave up. I gathered that the site runners also got tired of having the board taken over. I don’t really miss living in the city and haven’t been in in an age, but I do miss UB Cheers everyone, turkey mom |

Lily is ringing some bells but not loud enough for me to remember clearly I sort of remember Kiwi and Fiji Water and maybe nanny sweater, and that one private school mom whom someone had it out for. Aviva Drescher’s publicist. Does anyone else remember how hard the Hillbilly Elegy Gorilla Mindset and Lean In books were being flogged ?? Now that JD is VP I keep thinking of that. Like how far back does it all go … Chelsea had a 200m wedding paid for by the Clinton Foundation, Obama was going to send 50 million Muslims to the US, like that one was nearly every day. Just one after the other, totally stupid made up stuff. UB was definitely the Wild West for a bit, I still used to look forward to it every day Somehow I don’t remember any pro-Trump stuff, but also I think I used maybe my last email life a few years before the end. Oh wait I also remember that there were definitely weird obsessions with accusing people of being Debbie Wasserman Schultz … someone kept replying to me, “DWS WE SEE YOU !!!” Or “HI Debbie !!!” when I didn’t even really totally know who that was at the time.
