How's Dalton now after the backsplash a few years ago?

| We love the Dalton Plan but wonder whether it is still being executed at the school as suggested by their website and the admission team. Can any current parent shed some light on this, especially for the First Program? Do you feel the curriculum is rigorous and focusing on intellectual curiosity? Thanks! |

| My kids go to Dalton. I wouldn’t call the First Program particularly rigorous personally, but I am not really looking for academic rigor in K-3. I think it ramps up in middle school. There is a focus on intellectual curiosity, and the Dalton plan is certainly being executed in the lower school though. We are very happy there. |
