I didn't switch. I ordered a SIM for use with some of my other LTE devices. I think they send text messages to remind you about expiry but since I am using a SIM on a mobile hotspot, I usually miss them. Therefore, I need to keep an eye on my account via their website.
I haven't had to use support. I can't comment on what that might be like. |
I switched. It was really easy, and I'm not savvy at that stuff. They explain the process well.
I have had zero problems. I pay once a year and never have to worry about it. It's been good. |
Didn’t switch but always use Mint Mobile for our au pairs. Super easy, ever. For women who don’t have English as a first language. |
