The yeast infection post gets recommended a probiotic for systemic yeast control; the OP who is afraid of Mad Cow/Salmonella gets recommend an anti-prion Miracle Something or Other, both of which can be ordered on-line. I haven't read further but I'm betting there are other supplements being recommended in this forum.

It seems to be a legitimate poster who is just a fan of supplements and homeopathic cures.
