Seeking a good Dementia/cognitive assessment in NW suburbs

| Dad is in Arlington Heights. We need to get him to a really good neurologist due to signs of possible dementia but also some other complicating issues like a recent seizure and covid brain fog. His GP recommended somebody who looks just mediocre. Any recommendations? Particularly within Advocate Aurora? |
