Different Map-M test for 8th graders?

Is it possible for 1 student in 8th grade to get different Map-M Test from others in the same class? I understand that their levels may be different but What I am talking about is the "Name of the Test" was different. What is the deal here? any information you have will help us understand this situation better.

Typically, there are MAP-M tests identified by "6-12K" and other identifiers. It appears that someone received a test with different label.
