how big of a risk is squatters taking over your home in liberal MoCo?

Say you wanted to go on a 3-4 week vacation. How much should you worry about potential squatters taking over your home in MoCo? MoCo is extremely liberal and probably makes it impossible to get rid of someone who has invaded your home and taken it over. Is this a common thing in MoCo? I'm reading about all of the horror stories of squatters moving into peoples' homes why they are away on active duty or on vacation, and being almost impossible to kick out. It leaves actual owners homeless for months while idiotic courts move like molasses with evictions because of 'tenant rights' laws they are difficult to shoot down once a squatter claims they have a right to your home. How bad is it in MoCo? Would it just be easier to blast them out or hire local gangs to bust them up?
