NCSL-Rec schedule question

Why is there a game on our team schedule with an opponent and date but no time or location? Its an away game for us. Its next week and for an away game, we really need to know the time to plan our day. The coach says he hasn't heard anything and has no idea.

This is actually a rec league problem.

Opposing club didn't give the scheduler enough field space times that day for the number of games they need to host mathematically that day.

The coach needs to reach out to his admin and see if their club has any space and they can offer to switch it to a game on your field space.

Rec schedules should be published for the season at the start esp considering they were put out SO late.

If these orgs didn't give the scheduler enough space, the scheduler is being paid to communicate that and get the game scheduled. Not just leave a blank space on the schedule for the volunteer coaches to have to work out. That's ridiculous.
