the word asian in quotes because don't know is they identify as asian. a certain last name but could be mixed or adopted, not necessarily "Asian"? Obama said he was black - black father but his mom was a woman who most would say was Caucasian. |

Most HSers probably don't take NMSQT qualifying PSAT. If you get the scholarship, there are conditions to the prize so not much appeal. |
