SAECC vs Bethesda Reggio vs Manor Montessori (or other favorite 2/3s program)

I know these are all extremely different but we are looking for a 2s program for our daughter who turns 3 in November. She is advanced for her age and fully potty trained but we can't do a PreK3 program because of her birthday. We love the daycare she was at but they only go until age 3 so we are in a tough spot of trying to find something new. We just started at SAECC this week but it has been an underwhelming experience to say the least. We are strongly considering withdrawing but not sure where to go. Any advice on where might have open spots (even for a January spot) for an active, outdoor loving toddler. To note- she has severe food allergies so we also really need to trust the teachers to be careful
