Managed IT Services Provider Recs?

Is anyone able to recommend a small managed service provider in the area? We are a very small, but growing, government contractor and I'd like to better manage/onboard our devices/IT. Would be open to firms outside the DC area too (since they may be cheaper). Thanks!
