Easy postpartum meals

Looking for ideas on easy postpartum meals/snacks that I can make in a few minutes following C-section. Not looking for any meal prep before baby comes just easy to put together ingredients.

So far I have

PBJ + Milk
Oatmeal packets
Yogurt+fruit+granola
Goodles
Snack bars, cheese sticks, and chomps
PB/cheese crackers
Frozen meals from Costco or Stouffer's

Instant pot congee- will have DH make
Any suggestions for dump and go instant pot/slow cooker recipes?

Egg bites ( frozen or refrigerated at many grocery stores, or hard boiled eggs)

I love sky like chili recipe over spaghetti. You could freeze the chili and make the noodles the day of. Look up sky line chili copy cat recipe.

Freeze meatballs. They are easy to prep and can made with pasta or sub or garlic bread or over veggies etc

Chili
Stews
Waffles
Pb pretzels were a personal fav 😋
Energy balls
Homemade granola bars
Muffins

Some of the trader joes prepped meats, microwave rice or rice packets and veggies

Canned tuna or salmon

raisin bran, covers sugar (calories), fiber and iron
eggs/toast/pre cooked sausage
lunch meat sandwiches
