Property manager recommendations in Gaithersburg/Kentlands area for residential house

We're looking for recommendations for a property manager who can help us list/manage/screen tenants for our house in Gaithersburg/Kentlands area. We're renting a new house a bit far from our current house. Plus we are just two crazy busy professionals with kids who want someone else to "deal with the day-to-day" upkeep of our property. Could we manage it ourselves? Maybe, but we just don't have time. We want to come back to our house in 4-5 years (this is a temp assignment), so we don't want to sell it b/c we'd never be able to afford it when we came back to the area.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Try Josh Andrew with AW Manage. He's fantastic.

I have no one to recommend, but do not use John Jorgenson or his company, ROI Property Management. It took us years to undo the damage done by his negligence.

Yeah I mean managing a property takes a lot of time. That's the reason a lot of people choose not to do it. I don't think a property manager is going to solve this s neatly as you're expecting.

I know ajosh, he’s great and before going out on his own he was with Streamline Management which is also great if you’re looking to compare.

That's not true at all. Gaithersburg is appreciating like everywhere else.

Really do the math because if you sell the house and get a reasonable return on investing it, it would be so much easier to deal with and you might come out the same.
