I have always had one boob that was slightly bigger than the other, but post kids that one has stayed significantly larger (like a cup size) and it’s very noticeable when I wear a tighter top. That boob seems to hang a little lower even in a bra.
My doctor tells me this is normal but trying to figure out the best thing to do to make them look more even. I am already a DD so hate the idea of wearing a pad on the other side but maybe that’s the only option? Anyone else have to deal with this? |
This was the main reason I got a reduction/lift. My left was a lot bigger than the right and sagging. I'm really glad I did it. Only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. |
Bras with molded cups and full coverage. |

You can get a "cookie" insert for the smaller side if you want an even look under clothes. |
Everyone has one that’s bigger than the other. My left one is and men seem to always go for that one preferentially. Hasn’t slowed anyone down. |
Yes. It's prob most noticeable to you. |
I’m an operating room nurse who has worked with several plastic surgeons. This is a much more common issue than people think. A lot of the breast augmentation procedures I’ve assisted with are ones where the surgeon has had to place different size implants in each breast to make breasts more symmetrical.
Many patients have also had a lift / reduction on the larger breast. If surgery is out of the question, then a cookie bra insert for the smaller breast may be your best option. |
Me again. Get an underwire for the droop. |
