What can I do to focus more and stop procrastinating?

I have ADHD and working on a project today has not gone well.

I’m on a business trip and need to work and can’t get medicine for this new diagnosis until I get home.

So what can I do now to get more work done?

Gosh, I don’t like this at all!

Get more sleep, if possible get more exercise, set a small amount of time to work (like 10 mins) when you get a reward that won’t suck you in you your phone / distractions (like relaxing stretching or a bit of chocolate or…)

I don’t always manage my ADHD well but these things all help. Getting started is hard but important because those of us with ADHd can hit that hyper focus sometimes but we can’t if we don’t start!
