I'm at a loss! Would take ideas for a boy or a girl since I have twins! They have laptops and don't need new phones. My sister in law is already getting them each a carry on piece of luggage. Help please! |
this was me last year. We didn't do a grad gift specifically because we had a special trip planned, but for their 18th birthday we got them nice Bose headphones which they both love. |
Full tuition for their in-state school, and all the clothes, shoes, and dorm supplies they need to outfit their dorm room. May also pass down the ring my parents gave me for my high school graduation. |
A grad party and luggage and dorm stuff. |
Tiffany diamond studs (small ones) |
When my son graduates, I am planning on buying him a very nice watch |
A college education. |
A car to bring to college. |
Apple Watch |
Nespresso and Apple Watch. |
Backpacking trip with friends in Europe |
Luggage is a great gift. OP, what kind is your sister in law purchasing? If she is buying a rollaboard, perhaps you can buy a good quality duffle, or under the seat personal item. Luggage tags, Dopp kit / toiletry bag. Etc. |
A grad party. A vacation to a destination of their choosing. Dorm room essentials. A pillow of the pets. |
We're paying all their college expenses that aren't covered by their grandfather (tuition, room & board, meal plan). |
I did not go overboard with my twins because I am paying 95% of their tuition and room/board in college along with car, phones, insurance etc.
I gave my DS a custom leather duffle bag because I envisioned alot of road trips to see his girlfriend. He loves it but it is heavy so not practical for plane rides. I have my DD a Tiffany necklace. |
