Ah yes, this one's very interesting. They tried to sell in 2021, but couldn't. Maybe because of the major flood factor.

Poor owners. I remember when that "castelet" was on Grand Designs. They've been trying to sell it ever since and looks like they haven't been successful. And it's been years and years now. It is a very awkward property to live in.
