Both my hands started hurting this week and the pain has become excruciating.

If you have carpal tunnel and I got it in both hands at the same time I found plunging my hands in buckets of ice water helped manage the pain. |

Primary care, because something that affects both hands could be the result of a virus or some random mysterious general health thing. It might not necessarily have much to do with your bones or joints. |
