Can anyone recommend a swing club in DC for a 12 year old? Our kid is past where swim lessons are useful but doesn't want to be a competitive swimmer.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

So what exactly are they looking for? I mean if you’re topped out on lessons but don’t want to be on a competitive team what are you imagining?

NCAP might have what you are looking for at the American University site.

"Our Developmental and Homeschool programs are devoted to competitive stroke instruction with an emphasis on balance in the water through specialized drills.
It is not a “beginner or novice” learn-to-swim program.
Under the guidance of our staff, each swimmer will learn proper techniques in the four competitive strokes and turns while having FUN along the way. These programs are an excellent supplement to summer league programs or for anyone with a minimal time commitment"
