People raging

Do you find people raging a lot these days.? Dh and I were walking the dog on a trail. This man runs past us too close so our little dog reached to sniff his ankle but didnt even get close before dh pulled her back with a warning. We hear this man curse out loudly. The other day a white man in a pickup truck pulls up next to me and hurls random expletives. All in my neighborhood. Are people losing it these days?

If you had more than two incidents in a week, you'd be more credible. I'm sure months go by when you don't have those experiences. But you only notice when they happen, hence your silly post.

It is the young people. Social media tells them they are victims and everything is horrible.

I was at a drive-up atm today, and someone behind me started laying on the horn. No idea what they expected me to do. It was ridiculous. I think people are very short-tempered nowadays.

It's this. There was one real incident. People are annoyed by the volume of inconsiderate dog owners.

Yes, people lack patience and don’t seem to extend grace as much. I blame covid

Haven't seen this at all. I would walk far away from other is I had a dog. Since I don't feel like making circles, I don't get a dog.
Truck guys have always been crazy and bikers.

I think so. I think we are coming out of the pandemic and reality is hitting.

These were both white people. I’m used to people being very civil and nice. Hence it stood out as odd.

What do you mean? I was on my side on the right. This man came running up from behind and then decided to run too close knowing we had a dog. It took us a second to react.

Well, call out if you are approaching people from behind so they have time to react. Don’t creep up and startle them, for starters.
