Mattress pad vs new mattress?

I have a twin bed in a guest room that will be used for about 10 days this summer.
The mattress is in decent condition and very firm. My family says so firm it’s uncomfortable. Hy husband tried it recently and ended up in a recliner chair instead. Can a mattress pad or pillow top help here? Something to make it comfy for a guest, without requiring a new mattress? Thanks! |
