What does DCUM think of this house? The market for high-end homes in Potomac has been crazy recently.

I’d have to redo all of the floors stat.

really underpriced asking price for that size lot and home walking distance to village

Wall to wall? I mean, really?

Not surprised -- great house (a few updates might be needed, but nothing major), great location, great schools.

So much space but outdated, poor finishes and outdated. You pay for a house that’s in livable condition but still need to gut it. It’s for lazy people who don’t care about design or charm. They just want a big house.

Damn homie

Looks like an LDS church/meetinghouse.

What? The kitchen and bathrooms are really outdated, especially for that price.

Yeah I think it looks nice except that kitchen does need a lot of help. Strange

You know for sure that the mother of the household moving rules the family with an iron fist, like in the Viking longhouses

New floors throughout, kitchen and bathrooms need to be gutted (every cabinet and every countertop and every bit of shower and floor tile) and eventually, redo the tile for the pool and for the love of all things design, get rid of the outdoor tikki covering

The question for me - is this property horribly staged, or did those living there have really bad taste?

The two acre plot alone is worth 1.2 million and a pool lint that is almost 200k to install.

No one wants a pool like that anymore. Brick surround is terrible.
