do they use a delivery person or USPS? UPS? YES I need to know because UPS can't manage to deliver to my complex AT ALL. |

The nice guy who delivered mine was on a scooter. Sephora says they contract with local delivery companies that pay a higher rate that includes tip (which means you don’t have a tip during checkout). |
