I have been on and off with training these past few months, but have been supplementing training with other things like playing in a ball hockey tournament this past weekend, which was intense. It’s hard to fit in runs with the gym, and sports on top of work. It’s my first half marathon, and I have a week left. What should I run this weekend to prepare? |
