Only time we ever had it was through HSCSN. It was great.

Child won't physically leave house or get on a video therapy session.

I wish someone would start offering this service. We could also use babysitting for neurodivergent kids. Can’t leave her with a teenager.

I know I had students in Fairfax who got home based therapy through social services. Hard to find experienced ones, though.

I live in a different area, but I called my county and asked. In my area of Virginia, this level of service is only available to families who are considering giving up parental rights.

Many ABA agencies offer in home therapy. Usually insurance will help only with an ASD diagnosis. It can be life transformative especially if parents are involved and practicing supporting new skills when the therapist is not present. I've seen kids grow by leaps and bounds this way.
