did my first dose on Saturday, I must admit I was really anxious about the needle, but it didn’t hurt at all
first couple days didn’t really notice anything though I did have a twinge of nausea yesterday I don’t know if it was my imagination but I definitely did not feel myself craving anything in particular the way I typically do on a daily basis (almost at times, bordering on binge eating) weaknesses for me are pasta, cheese, bread, etc. I was imagining if any of them were on the table in front of me, and I didn’t feel the same enthusiasm or passion for craving any of those that I normally did today kind of the same definitely ate much less than I normally do. I still had some brief hunger pains, but I wasn’t craving anything. again, I don’t know if it’s too soon to even feel this, and perhaps it’s my imagination and wishful thinking, but I feel like there is something happening, by most accounts I’ve read say it doesn’t really kick in till weeks later, so has anyone else at this experience? |
It’s not too soon, necessarily. I had immediate success and lost 40 lbs on .25mg. But other people don’t even feel it until they get up to 2mg. |
I felt it the same day on .25. Lost 6-7 pounds in month 1. |
I felt the same and lost 10 pounds on .25 in the first month but then couldn’t find it, so stopped. Maybe I should try again - is .25 available? |
Curious why your doctor prescribed ozempic rather than Zepbound? |
may have spoken too soon while I don't think the "food news" has been what it normally is (a good thing) today I was pretty hungry. I ate a good sized salad and had a few nuts, but now very hungry for dinner so maybe its not working as fast as I had suspected/hoped.
for anyone on ozempic specifically when did you really start to notice feeling fuller faster and/or not craving food as you once did? |
ozempic was available and he preferred that for me. |
